The AgrinServ Cashketwash K4 crate washer can wash up to 750 crates or bins per hour. Thanks to this solid model, over 10 million crates and cases have already been washed. Its defining feature: simple yet effective.
A contaminated crate is placed manually between the ridges on the supply belt. The crate is moved forward via the belt, after which the washing rotor starts to spin and a thorough cleaning commences. The speed of the rotor and the conveyor belt are independently and infinitely adjustable.
Rinsing water is collected at the bottom of the crate washer and can be drained. The clean crates can be removed and stacked once they reach the end of the output belt. If the crates are not removed from the output belt in time, the crate washer will stop automatically.
